The EEA-baseline layer

What the environment delivered, what it delivers now, and the gap.

Every mechanism was calibrated to an ancestral environment. This layer states, per parameter, what that environment delivered (the baseline), what the modern environment delivers instead (the default), and the gap between them. It is the quantitative instantiation of the mismatch premise - the numbers held next to the specification, never folded into it.
