Operationalization

Where the atlas becomes runnable.

The atlas names the architecture. Operationalization is the layer that turns one mechanism at a time into something a careful reader can actually run: a bounded hypothesis, observable indicators, coding criteria, worked examples, and public falsification conditions.

The operational layer

Cor is not stopping at reference. This section shows what the next layer looks like when the atlas is converted into an evaluation someone can inspect, critique, code against, and eventually run at scale. The machine-readable version comes later. The point of this layer is to make the structure visible now.

First worked example

M3 — Socially Scaffolded Regulation via Attachment

The first worked operationalization tests the claim that AI companions can capture the attachment-system slot by supplying the cues of co-regulation without the reciprocal human function those cues evolved to mean.

First worked example, more to follow.

What pages in this section will contain

Each mechanism page will eventually follow the same pattern: the mechanism statement, the mismatch hypothesis under test, observable indicators, coding rules, worked examples, and the falsification conditions Cor will publicly accept. This first page exists to show the shape.
